About Chris Guarino

Chris Guarino the owner of Paradigm Building Group has been in the construction industry for nearly 30 years, starting his career in the drywall industry. He began in the drywall union where he learned the trade both as an apprentice and journeyman.

As a Drywall Superintendent, working on various jobs throughout the tri-county area, he has been involved in the interior build-outs of many high-end custom homes in Boca, Parkland, Coral Springs and, Weston.

His knowledge of interiors led him to work for a local contractor as a superintendent, remodeling luxury condominiums. One project in Aventura, FL at Porta Vita condominium was published in "South Beach" magazine. His additional superintendent experience includes working as an Interior Superintendent on several multi-story buildings and as a General Superintendent on a Gran Lux café build out in Lone Tree Colorado and a Cheese Cake Factory build out in Anaheim, California.

This career path has given Chris both the knowledge and the skill sets to obtain his contracting license. With this certification in-hand, Chris started an S corporation and Paradigm Building Group Inc. was born. His company now bids on and completes interior renovations in and around the South Florida area.

Paradigm building group currently holds the DEED for an uncleared 1.25 acre lot on a paved road in Jupiter Farms approximately 10 minutes west of I-95 and the Florida Turnpike off Indiantown Road. This beautiful south exposure lot has nice homes on both sides and backs up to a canal.
